LAP BY LAP POSITIONING: If you would like to see what position each Rider was in during a particular lap, in the SENIOR-B Race, simply click the 'Sort By Lap' button of the lap your are interested in. The Lap Position Data will turn 'Red' on the Lap you have selected. Click the 'Sort By Final Results' button to put Results back to Finish Order.
READ THIS! To get the most if the NCHSA Interactive Results, you must first understand it's power. If you are looking at the OVERALL, then your Final Results/Lap Positions/Time Diff's are you against everyone. You can click on any class, and the Final Results/Lap Positions/Time Diff's are you against your class. If a racer's name is highlighted in blue, then you can click it to view their profile.
LAP BY LAP Versus FINAL RESULTS Disclaimer - Racers: for a zillion reason such as dnf's, track rerouting, cheaters, lost riders, barcode scan failure, and many more, the NCHSA Score Keeper's must alter lap times in order to get the Final Results correct. If your Final Results are correct, do not contact the NCHSA claiming you were in 3rd place on lap 4, and the computer says you were 7th. It simply does not matter. It is your responsibility to make sure your results were correct at the end of each race day before you leave. The SENIOR-B class had twenty six riders going at it for four laps during the one and a half hour afternoon B & C race. Lap one saw Todd Miller take control of the race, leading Bret Akers by fifty six seconds. David Benfield came through in third place, three seconds ahead of fourth place rider Glenn Miller. Key Mobley rounded out the top five. Completion of lap two had second place rider Bret Akers closing the gap on Todd Miller to five seconds. David Benfield maintained third place fifteen seconds over Kenneth Loats. Don Sinyard moved into fifth place, and chased by six seconds. On lap three Bret Akers took over the lead, and pulled one minute eight seconds over Todd Miller. Mickey Thomas rocketed into third place, keeping forth place rider Joe Johnston at bay by seven seconds. David Benfield slumped to fifth place by five seconds. On lap four Bret Akers cranked it up, and increased the lead to one minute forty nine seconds over Todd Miller. Joe Johnston turned up the throttle, and landed into third place, leading forth place racer Kenneth Loats by twenty three seconds. David Benfield managed to stay in fifth place by twelve seconds. In the end it was a great race with two different leaders, but it was Bret Akers taking the win, proving to be a just a little stronger, than Todd Miller, Joe Johnston, Kenneth Loats, and David Benfield. | |||
