LAP BY LAP Versus FINAL RESULTS Disclaimer - Racers: for a zillion reason such as dnf's, track rerouting, cheaters, lost riders, barcode scan failure, and many more, the NCHSA Score Keeper's must alter lap times in order to get the Final Results correct. If your Final Results are correct, do not contact the NCHSA claiming you were in 3rd place on lap 4, and the computer says you were 7th. It simply does not matter. It is your responsibility to make sure your results were correct at the end of each race day before you leave. Should you still beleive there is an error that must be corrected, you must cotact an NCHSA board member. Click Here To Jump To The Contact Us Page, or simply see an official at the next race.

Round 13: Daniel's Ridge II - Taylorsville, NC

Price: FREE

The 250-B class had seven riders going at it for six laps during the one and a half hour afternoon B & C race. Lap one saw Matt Hudgins take control of the race, leading Zack Howell by sixteen seconds. Lee Frenette came through in third place, six seconds ahead of fourth place rider Van Walker. Drew Dickson rounded out the top five. Completion of lap two had second place rider Lee Frenette closing the gap on Matt Hudgins to seven seconds. Van Walker moved into third place, and lead forth place rider Zack Howell by three seconds. Drew Dickson still chased in fifth place by four seconds. On lap three Lee Frenette took over the lead, and pulled nine seconds over Matt Hudgins. Van Walker maintained third place, thirteen seconds over hard charging Zack Howell. Drew Dickson stayed put in fifth place by sixteen seconds. On lap four Lee Frenette cranked it up, and increased the lead to twenty one seconds over Matt Hudgins. Van Walker held onto third place, one minute one second over Drew Dickson. Mitch Truett picked it up into fifth place, following by three minutes thirty seconds. Lap five ended with Lee Frenette picking up the pace, increasing the lead to twenty eight seconds over Matt Hudgins. Van Walker held onto third place one minute twenty two seconds over Drew Dickson. Life seemed good for Baker Julian pulling into the top five. Six laps in and Lee Frenette stayed strong, rode great, and pushed the lead to fifty three seconds, messing with the mind of Matt Hudgins. Van Walker must like third place, and still holds an advantage of one minute forty three seconds over Drew Dickson. Baker Julian continues to block the entrance door to fifth place. In the end it was a great race with two different leaders, but it was Lee Frenette taking the win, proving to be a just a little stronger, than Matt Hudgins, Van Walker, Drew Dickson, and Baker Julian.
