LAP BY LAP POSITIONING: If you would like to see what position each Rider was in during a particular lap, in the UNLIMITED Race, simply click the 'Sort By Lap' button of the lap your are interested in. The Lap Position Data will turn 'Red' on the Lap you have selected. Click the 'Sort By Final Results' button to put Results back to Finish Order.
READ THIS! To get the most if the NCHSA Interactive Results, you must first understand it's power. If you are looking at the OVERALL, then your Final Results/Lap Positions/Time Diff's are you against everyone. You can click on any class, and the Final Results/Lap Positions/Time Diff's are you against your class. If a racer's name is highlighted in blue, then you can click it to view their profile.
LAP BY LAP Versus FINAL RESULTS Disclaimer - Racers: for a zillion reason such as dnf's, track rerouting, cheaters, lost riders, barcode scan failure, and many more, the NCHSA Score Keeper's must alter lap times in order to get the Final Results correct. If your Final Results are correct, do not contact the NCHSA claiming you were in 3rd place on lap 4, and the computer says you were 7th. It simply does not matter. It is your responsibility to make sure your results were correct at the end of each race day before you leave. The UNLIMITED class had twenty riders going at it for five laps during the one and a half hour afternoon B & C race. Lap one saw Jonathan Stanley take control of the race, leading John Frame by twenty two seconds. Matt Dillon came through in third place, four seconds ahead of fourth place rider Derek Wheelock. Michael Jr Powers rounded out the top five. Completion of lap two had second place rider Matt Dillon closing the gap on Jonathan Stanley to thirteen seconds. John Frame fell to third place, but held a lead of nine seconds over Derek Wheelock running forth. Michael Jr Powers still chased in fifth place by eight seconds. Lap three had Jonathan Stanley blistering the track, increasing the lead to forty seconds over Matt Dillon. Michael Jr Powers rocketed into third place, keeping forth place rider Derek Wheelock at bay by twenty seconds. John Frame slumped to fifth place by twenty four seconds. On lap four, second place rider Matt Dillon began reeling in Jonathan Stanley, closing to seventeen seconds. Michael Jr Powers held onto third place, one minute nine seconds over John Frame. Derek Wheelock feel off the pace to fifth place by nine seconds. Lap five ended with Jonathan Stanley picking up the pace, increasing the lead to forty seven seconds over Matt Dillon. Michael Jr Powers held onto third place one minute thirty one seconds over John Frame. Derek Wheelock still solid in fifth place by one minute eight seconds. In the end it was a good race, yet there was only one leader. Jonathan Stanley controlled the whole race and took the victory, followed by Matt Dillon, Michael Jr Powers, John Frame, and Derek Wheelock. | |||
